The MICRO PUSH WIRE® connection system uses the conductor rigidity to offset the clamping force for insertion. PUSH WIRE® is primarily used in junction box connectors.

MICRO PUSH WIRE® connectors for junction boxes have proven their success a million times over in low current applications.

The 243 Series provides fast and reliable connections for smaller solid conductors making it ideal for:

  • house communication - bus systems, KNX etc.
  • detection
  • bell 
  • alarm
  • control and signal systems.
 
 

The 243 Series connectors feature WAGO's PUSH WIRE connection technology allowing stripped conductors to be pushed into the clamping unit until they hit the backstop.

This is the fastest way to reliably terminate solid conductors.

Furthermore, modular connectors can be assembled both with 4 and 8 conductor strips preventing KNX and other bus connections from being interrupted

 The conductor to be removed or disconnected, is held and twisted alternately left and right while pulling the connector.


While providing and maintaining a solid connection, as all WAGO connectors, the 243 Series Connector also features a test port designed to accept all standard test probes.
